What gets extracted
ChemCloud AI reads the email and extracts:- Supplier name
- Product details
- Price and currency
- Quantity and pack size
- Delivery terms and lead time
- Valid-to date
Review and edit
After a quote has been uploaded via email:- Open the quote on the sourcing request
- Click Edit to see the original email alongside the extracted quote details
- Update any fields if the AI has extracted something incorrectly
- Click Save
