Agent Tasks
You want visibility on what your Agents are doing. You also need a place where the Agent can ask you for input on a specific task - either because it doesn’t have the right information, or requires your judgement. You can track these on the Agent Tasks page.Agent Tasks Log
Every time an Agent is deployed to do a task it is logged. You can see:- The Agent that did the job
- A Brief summary of the job
- What triggered the task
- When the task occurred
- Status of the task
What happens when an Agent needs input?
If an Agent cannot find the right record, or you have configured the agent to ask your permission before acting - it will ask you for help. This triggers an Agent Task with the status ‘Action Required’. You will see these:- On the ‘Action Required’ tab on the Agent Tasks page
- On the Dashboard
- In your notifications page
