• COA Review Agent Settings — Configure shelf life thresholds and specification matching rules for the COA Review Agent from your AI Settings page.
• Agent Tasks summary on Home Dashboard — A new card on your home dashboard shows 7-day agent task activity at a glance, including tasks that need your attention.

🧠 AI Agents & Document Processing

• Agent Tasks Dashboard — New centralised dashboard for monitoring all AI agent activity. See which tasks need your attention, filter by agent type, and resolve issues directly in chat.
• COA Review Agent — Certificates of Analysis are now reviewed automatically when uploaded to a delivery. The agent checks product identity, shelf life, and compliance against supplier and internal specifications.

• Upload documents on Non-Conformance Reports — You can now attach supporting documents (photos, lab reports, etc.) directly to an NCR.
• Spot orders redirect to delivery page — After placing a spot order, you’re now taken straight to the delivery page instead of the order page.
• Supplier document visibility — Suppliers can now see order and delivery documents on the order documents tab.
• Error notifications for AI agent tasks — You’ll now receive a notification when an AI agent task needs your attention to continue.

• Blanket orders now move to “Complete” — Blanket orders with all deliveries marked as “Delivered” and 0% quantity remaining now correctly transition to “Complete” status.
• COA Agent auto-completion — The COA Review Agent now correctly marks its task as complete after posting the review, rather than remaining in an “Awaiting Input” state.

🤖 Order Update Agent

• Update Orders Agent — AI agent can now process supplier emails that contain order confirmations or updates, and automatically update order details (ETA, pricing, shipping) in ChemCloud.

• Update Order Agent minor fixes — Resolved edge cases in the order update agent around field mapping and duplicate detection.

📋 Non-Conformance Reports

• Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) — Create, track, and manage non-conformance reports against deliveries. Raise quality issues directly from the delivery page and follow them through to resolution.

• Delivery request email error on quoteless orders — Fixed an error that prevented “request delivery” emails from being sent when the order had no linked quote.

• Updated Chat UI — Refreshed layout and conversation experience when interacting with ChemCloud AI.
• FX quote comparison — Quote Build Up view now includes foreign exchange rate comparison so you can evaluate supplier pricing across currencies.

• “Find New Supplier” pre-fills product details — When launching a new supplier search, annual usage, UOM, and preferred pack are now pre-filled from your buyer product record.
