Overview
ChemCloud automatically monitors all incoming deliveries and assigns a tracking status based on order progress and timing thresholds. This status appears on your deliveries dashboard to help you quickly identify orders that need attention.Thresholds
- ✅ On Track: Progressing normally within expected timeframes.
- ⚠️ Needs Attention: Should be reviewed soon. These deliveries are approaching potential delays or missing some information.
- 🔥 Critical: Requires immediate attention. These deliveries are significantly behind schedule or missing critical information
Status Types
| Status | Next Action |
|---|---|
| Order not Confirmed You’ve placed an order but the supplier hasn’t confirmed it yet. | Ask supplier to confirm order |
| Not enough information Your delivery is missing key delivery information. | Ask supplier for the missing information |
| ETD in the past Order is confirmed but hasn’t shipped by the expected departure date. | Ask supplier for confirmation that delivery has shipped |
| Running Late ETA is after the required by date | Update ‘Required by’ date or secure extra stock |
| ETA in the past ETA is in the past, and status has not been updated to delivered | Ask supplier for confirmation that delivery is on its way |
