What the Delivery Tracker Does

The Delivery Tracker is an AI agent that reads supplier emails about your orders and keeps your delivery schedule up to date automatically. When a delivery-related email arrives, the agent:
  1. Reads the email — order confirmations, dispatch notifications, ETA updates, delay notices
  2. Extracts key details — delivery dates, tracking numbers, shipping references, status changes
  3. Matches it to the right order — using order references, supplier details, and product information
  4. Updates the delivery — sets the correct status and updates ETAs in ChemCloud
  5. Flags changes — alerts you if a delivery date has changed from what was originally expected

How to Use It

Forward supplier emails about your orders to your ChemCloud AI email address. Find your address in ChemCloud AI → Email Inbox. The agent handles:
  • Order confirmations — confirms the order and sets the initial expected delivery date
  • Dispatch notifications — updates status to shipped and captures tracking information
  • ETA updates — adjusts delivery dates when suppliers provide revised timelines
  • Delay notices — flags delays and updates the dashboard

Proactive Tracking

The Delivery Tracker doesn’t just process incoming emails — it proactively monitors your deliveries:
  • Overdue alerts — flags deliveries where the ETA has passed without a status update
  • Unconfirmed orders — highlights orders that haven’t been confirmed by the supplier
  • Date changes — alerts you when expected delivery dates shift

Configure Your Settings

Go to ChemCloud AI → Agent Settings → Delivery Tracker to configure:
  • What notifications you receive for status changes and delays
  • How the agent handles emails it can’t confidently match to an order
  • Alert thresholds for overdue deliveries
