This guide shows you how to add documents to the Approved Materials section and have them automatically categorised by AI.

Upload a document

  1. Navigate to the Approved Materials section
  2. Search for the desired material
  3. Drag and drop the document to upload it - the document(s) will be sent to ChemCloud AI for analysis
  4. The document type, date and valid-to date will be detected automatically

Review the document data

If you want to review or edit the document data:
  1. Click Edit on the uploaded document
  2. Review the document details
  3. Change any of the data if needed
  4. Click Save
ChemCloud AI automatically detects the document type (SDS, COA, TDS etc.), issue date, and expiry date. Always review to confirm the AI has categorised correctly.
