How to configure the Delivery Tracker

Open Agent Settings

Go to ChemCloud AI → Agent Settings → Delivery Tracker.

Enable the agent

Toggle the Delivery Tracker on. When enabled, it will process order and delivery emails sent to your ChemCloud AI email address.

Set update behaviour

Choose which delivery statuses the agent should update automatically — order confirmations, dispatch notifications, ETA updates, or all of the above.

Configure alerts

Set up alerts for overdue deliveries, date changes, and unconfirmed orders. Choose the thresholds that make sense for your supply chain.

Save your settings

Click Save. The agent will now process delivery-related emails based on your configuration.
