How to configure the Delivery Tracker

Enable the agent

Toggle the Delivery Tracker on. When enabled, it will process order and delivery emails sent to your ChemCloud AI email address.

Configure the workflow

Set how the agent handles incoming order and delivery emails:
  • Automatic processing — the agent updates order and delivery details (ETA, status, shipping) without manual intervention.
  • Request human review — the agent pauses before applying updates and asks for your confirmation. Useful when you want to verify proposed changes before they take effect.
Choose which event types the agent should act on: order confirmations, dispatch notifications, ETA updates, or all of the above.

Configure alerts

Set up alerts for overdue deliveries, date changes, and unconfirmed orders. Choose the thresholds that make sense for your supply chain.

Save your settings

Click Save. The agent will now process delivery-related emails based on your configuration.
