How to leave a note

Open the order or delivery

Navigate to the order or delivery you want to add a note to.

Open Conversations

Click into the Conversations section on the page.

Write your note

Type your note in the text area. You can @mention a colleague by typing @ followed by their name — they’ll receive an email notification.

Send

Click Send. Your note is saved against the order or delivery and visible to your team.

Notes are internal by default — suppliers don’t see them. To message a supplier, use the supplier messaging feature in Conversations.
