Our team can take your unstructured, excel data and turn it into a structured dataset in ChemCloud in under 1 week. This means you can take exports from your ERP system, or your existing spreadsheets, and get started quickly. Send the information to your ChemCloud account manager and they can organise the setup for you.What information to include
For the most effective setup, we recommend uploading four types of data: Raw MaterialsYour complete list of approved chemicals and materials, including internal product codes and standard names Approved Materials
Which suppliers are approved to provide each material (creates automatic supplier-material relationships) Supplier Contacts
Account manager names and email addresses for each supplier to enable automated communications Order History
Purchase Order history so that you have price, lead time and DIFOT history for each product and supplier
