We think it’s important for customers to know where their stock is - and preferably without calling their account manager at 4pm on a Friday. Every delivery has it’s own individual page with all the information required for a delivery:
  • Status of shipment from Order Placed, Confirmed, Shipped and Delivered
  • **Live ETD, ETA **of each delivery
  • **Live tracking link (if available) **to a freight partner’s site, so you can see the most granular information
  • COA, POD uploaded against each delivery
