Where can I find RFQs from my customers? When a customer makes a request for a product in ChemCloud, you will receive an email with details of the request. You are also able to see the RFQ in your ChemCloud platform.

All ‘Action Required’ RFQs will show on your dashboard

All RFQs that you have not yet responded to will show in ‘Action Required’. ‘Action Required’ means you have not yet provided a quote to the customer. You can quickly input a quote by selecting ‘Add Quote’. This will take you to the input quote page, where you can quickly submit a quote to the customer.

RFQs are ‘Open’ if the customer has not yet made a decision

You can see a list of all Open RFQs in the RFQs in the navigation bar. ‘Open’ means you have given a quote, and the customer has not made a decision.

Why can I only see some customer names?

You can see the names of customers who have ‘Connected’ with you over ChemCloud. This means your organisation has enabled the ChemCloud Connect feature and the customer has opted to Connect with you on ChemCloud.

What does this look like to the customer?

An RFQ will show to the customer with the status ‘Retrieving Price (see below).
