# Sign in with Microsoft or Google

> Use your company Microsoft or Google account to log in to ChemCloud — no separate password required.

# Sign in with Microsoft or Google

If your organisation uses Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you can log in to ChemCloud using your existing company account. No separate password needed.

  Your ChemCloud account must already exist and use the same email address as your Microsoft or Google account. Contact your admin if you're not sure.

  <Step title="Go to the ChemCloud login page">
    Open [app.chemcloud.com.au](https://app.chemcloud.com.au) and select **Sign in with Microsoft** or **Sign in with Google**.

  <Step title="Authenticate with your provider">
    You'll be redirected to your organisation's Microsoft or Google login screen. Enter your work credentials as normal.

  <Step title="You're in">
    After authentication, you'll land straight on your ChemCloud home page. ChemCloud matches your identity provider email to your existing account automatically.

  SSO is the recommended login method for teams — it removes the need to manage a separate ChemCloud password and stays in sync with your company's access policies.

  SSO matches on email address. If your ChemCloud account uses a different email, log in with your ChemCloud email using the standard method or ask your admin to update your account email.

  Yes — password-free email login remains available. SSO is an additional option, not a replacement.
