## Supplier Coverage

See how well your product portfolio is covered by approved suppliers:

* **Products with no approved supplier** — materials you source but haven't formally approved a supplier for
* **Single-source products** — materials where you rely on just one supplier
* **Multi-source products** — materials with two or more approved suppliers
* **Supplier concentration** — which suppliers cover the most of your portfolio

This view helps you identify **single-source risk** and prioritise where to diversify.

## Supplier Performance

Performance data is pulled from your delivery and COA history:

| Metric               | Description                                                        |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **On-Time Delivery** | Percentage of deliveries that arrived by the required-by date      |
| **In-Full Delivery** | Percentage of deliveries with the correct quantity                 |
| **COA Pass Rate**    | Percentage of COAs that passed against your internal specification |
| **SIFOT Score**      | Combined in-full, on-time, and COA performance                     |
| **Response Time**    | Average time to respond to RFQs                                    |
