# How to direct replies to the right email group

When ChemCloud sends emails on your behalf (RFQs, document requests, delivery updates), supplier replies need to go to the right team. You can configure multiple email addresses so replies are routed correctly.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open AI Settings">
    Go to **[ChemCloud AI → Settings](https://app.chemcloud.com.au/buyer/automations/ai_email_integration)**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add email addresses">
    Add the email addresses for the different teams or groups who should receive replies. For example:

    * **[purchasing@yourcompany.com](mailto:purchasing@yourcompany.com)** — for RFQ and quote-related replies
    * **[logistics@yourcompany.com](mailto:logistics@yourcompany.com)** — for delivery and order-related replies
    * **[quality@yourcompany.com](mailto:quality@yourcompany.com)** — for COA and document-related replies
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign email groups to communication types">
    Map each email address to the types of communication it should receive replies for. This ensures that when a supplier replies to an RFQ, it goes to your purchasing team — and when they reply about a delivery, it goes to logistics.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save your settings">
    Click **Save**. All future outgoing emails from ChemCloud will use the correct reply-to address based on the communication type.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Adding your ChemCloud AI email address as a reply-to means supplier replies are also processed by your AI agents — so the Sourcing Assistant picks up quote replies and the Delivery Tracker picks up shipping updates, all while your team gets a copy.
