# How to configure the COA Reviewer

> Set up the COA Reviewer agent to automatically check Certificates of Analysis against your specifications.

# How to configure the COA Reviewer

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Agent Settings">
    Go to [**ChemCloud AI → Agent Settings → COA Reviewer**](https://app.chemcloud.com.au/buyer/automations/coa_review).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable the agent">
    Toggle the COA Reviewer on. When enabled, it will automatically review COAs that are uploaded against deliveries or forwarded to your ChemCloud AI email address.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set shelf life thresholds">
    Configure the minimum acceptable shelf life for incoming materials. The agent will flag COAs where the remaining shelf life falls below your threshold.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure notifications" stepNumber={4}>
    Set up which users should receive notifications for COA failures, borderline results, and missing COAs.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save your settings" stepNumber={5}>
    Click **Save**. The agent will now review COAs based on your configuration.
