# How to request a delivery on a blanket order

> Schedule a new delivery against an existing blanket order agreement.

# How to request a delivery on a blanket order

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the blanket order">
    Navigate to the [blanket order](https://app.chemcloud.com.au/buyer/orders?tab_selected=open-blanket-orders) you want to schedule a delivery against.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Add Delivery">
    Click **Add Delivery** (or the **+** button) on the blanket order page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set delivery details">
    Enter the details for this delivery:

    * **Quantity** — how much you need from the remaining volume
    * **Required-by date** — when you need it delivered
    * **Comment** — any additional instructions for the supplier
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and send">
    Review the delivery request. ChemCloud will send the supplier an email with the delivery details. The new delivery appears in the blanket order's delivery list and on your [In Progress Deliveries](/for-buyers/orders/track-deliveries) page.
