# How to manage a blanket order

> Track deliveries, monitor remaining volume, and manage a blanket order agreement.

# How to manage a blanket order

<Steps>
  <Step title="Find the blanket order">
    Go to the **[Orders](https://app.chemcloud.com.au/buyer/orders?tab_selected=open-blanket-orders)** page and filter for blanket orders, or navigate from the sourcing request.

  <Step title="Review the overview">
    The blanket order page shows:

    * **Total volume** agreed
    * **Delivered** quantity so far
    * **Remaining** quantity to be delivered
    * **Scheduled deliveries** and their statuses
  </Step>

  <Step title="Track individual deliveries">
    Each delivery within the blanket order is tracked separately. Click into a delivery to see its status, ETA, and documents.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Update as needed">
    You can edit delivery dates, update quantities, upload documents, and leave notes against individual deliveries within the blanket order.
  </Step>
</Steps>

When all deliveries are marked as delivered and the remaining quantity reaches zero, the blanket order automatically moves to **Complete** status.
